Shipping & Refunds

We offer FREE delivery on all our items with no minimum charge.

Because our items are made on demand as part of our commitment to sustainable production, your order may take up to 30 days to reach you. We promise you it's worth it, though. 

Please note that while we do our best to cover all delivery costs, local customs duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. We appreciate your understanding and support for our global community.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a 30-day no questions asked return and exchange policy. To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not offer refunds on any custom-made products.

If the wrong product was received, or your item was defective, damaged in shipping, or tampered with, please contact us immediately with a picture of the item in order for us to make it right by either sending a replacement or offering a full refund.

Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10-45 days depending on your issuing bank.

You may return the item at any point thereafter for us to upcycle or rehome with no refund.
