Can I get the tracking information?
We ship all of our orders with fully tracked mailing services, and you should have received your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. Alternatively, you can track your shipment here.
How do I return an item?
Simply contact us with a reason for your return within 30 days of receipt, and we will be happy to help. Please note we do not offer returns for custom-made products. For more information on our return policy, please access this link.
Why do I see AED as my currency at checkout?
Due to payment restrictions, the currency you see at checkout is the UAE Dirham regardless of your location. Rest assured, this won't impact payment processing. Also, for the best chance of a smooth delivery, we recommend shipping to a permanent address.
